Recently, my church friends organized a contest, which combined taking photo and making a story out of it. It was called the PHOTOSTORY contest.

I had the privilege of becoming a caretaker to four 13-year-olds in their bid to emerge victorious. The caretaker also had a portion in the winning prize. Woohoo!!!

This was how the contest went.
1. Every team comprised of 4 to 6 people.
2. Each team was given 2 hours to take 5 photos in the CBD (Central Business District) area. They are places like City Hall, Clarke Quay, Chinatown, Orchard, etc.
3. After the photo-taking, every team had to come back and form a storyline which link all 5 photos.
4. The most humorous story wins.

Those in my team were Jason, Jackie, Tien Min, and Jun Yuan (from top to bottom).

Location: Clarke Quay. Singapore River.

Story:
They were hungry. They were lazy to walk. But they like to swim. So, once they saw the river. They jumped into the water and swam all the way to Chinatown. (If your Geography is good, Singapore River doesn't go through Chinatown. But it's for humor.)

Story:
They were angry because their food had not arrived. (Though only Tien Min looked angry while the rest were enjoying the photo-taking moments. All for humor.)

Location: Central Fire Station, City Hall.

Story:
They were so angry that they decided to break into the fire station in City Hall but the gate was lock. So, they decided to climb the fence! (I don't see any logic in being angry till want to break into a fire station. But it's for humor.)

Story:
After they failed to break into the fire station, they decided to give up. At the same time, they felt that they had been bad boys and girl. So, they went to the oldest church in Singapore to ask God to forgive them.

Location: Riverwalk, Clarke Quay.

Story:
After a long day of being angry and releasing their anger, they were tired and fell asleep in the lift which traveled from Basement to Level 2. (It's for humor.)

Seems like none of the photos contains me. What is this!!! I took photo of them but forgot to take my own. More like a photographer now.

Never mind, my team won!!! And I got a free Golden Village movie voucher, which I accidentally left it in the washing machine....


Now it looks a little bit like giam cai already.
