I woke up late again! Chor Liang woke me by calling me. So, I asked him to help out by bringing the freshies to Canteen A.

I slept for awhile more, thinking, they must have left! Let Ben appoint a substitute as photographer for Qeisharo then I can sleep more! Then Yik Wen called to woke me up and told me they were still wasting their time in Canteen A. So, I woke up and started my day...

When I reached Can A, everyone was still there! I was 1 hour late! I had breakfast alone cause they finished theirs d and I paiseh joined them.

Today, the freshies have to go out of campus and travel to some famous places in Singapore! They are given a few tasks to complete throughout the journey to score points. Points will be used to bid for food later that evening. No win = no food!

One of their tasks is to take photos with 30 different foreigners from different countries!

In a country like Singapore, to have so many foreigners is quite common.

It was also the first time most of them board a bus in Singapore. Maybe some have never even seen a double decker bus in their whole life!

Their first stop was.... CHINATOWN!

Being the last group to leave NTU, once we arrived in Chinatown it was quite late already compare to other groups.



When they reached their first station, they need to perform!

Then they had to answer a whole series of questions about Singapore. I don't know whether anyone noticed me but I was constantly showing answers with my hand! Sorry programmers!

Due to us reaching later than other groups, we had our lunch in Chinatown




Raymond had his first meal with Qeisharo though he was an attached programmer. But who knows why he is so busy till we only get to see him on the 4th day.

After the meal, Qeisharo traveled to Dhoby Ghaut. It was just a few MRT stops away from Chinatown. Outside Plaza Singapura, they had to charade. Maybe some people will think that, "Cheh... Charade oni mah! As if I don't know how!"

Let's see how they play charade...



Qeisharo was divided into 2 teams. One team will start doing the actions without speaking and the other guess. And switch after 10 min. Normal rules for charade.



Just that this time, they had to do it beside the road outside Plaza Singapura. Each team on each side of the road. Imagine how much attention they are grabbing! Every car that passed by will think that they might by waving at them.

The game was really a challenging one.

After the game, they walked along the road and passed by the istana.


In front of the istana. Couldn't see anything at the back other than trees.

On the way, of course they took photo of a lot of foreigners. Asking anyone who is white, black, and look Korean or Japanese to take photo with them.

We took a bus to bugis at the nearest bus stop.


Sometimes crossing the road can also be a sight that's seldom seen in Malaysia.

After taking a photo of the fountain which was under construction in Bugis Junction, Qeisharo head towards the War Memorial.

After taking photo of the War Memorial. They decided to sun tan first before they continue their journey.

I don't know how long they can sun tan like this with some of the hands held high and the smell from their ketiak(armpit in malay)... But.. yea.. it only lasted enough for me to take photo!

Their next station was an exciting teamwork game which required every single member to play their part.

They had to write a few words a draw a smiley in the given time. It wasn't easy.

Right after the game, everyone in the group was given a piece of paper with a question on it to solve. They had to crack the juice in their head to solve all the problems.

We went to the Esplanade to take photo with the "durian shells"!


Kah Choon was still solving the leftover questions.

Their next station was beneath the bridge near the esplanade.

In this game, they need to form 6 in a team. Everyone was given a straw. The 6 people will have to form a circle to support a ping pong ball and walk for a short distance and drop the ball into the bucket

They said this is a very 'geli' game because the formation that they made to support the ping pong ball will cause saliva to flow into the straw when they breathe. Thus, the other person who is biting the other straw might accidentally suck in the saliva.... eewwwwwwww....

During that time, I ate 2 block ice-creams! Shiok! Shiok! Nothing beats the $1 ice-cream! Nice and economical!

Why is Singapore called Singapore? Because they have a Merlion!

Never mind. I know it's not the actual story. But Qeisharo took photo with the Merlion!



At the platform, overlooking the Merlion, there were more than just the latter but also the Singapore Flyer and the Esplanade.. and soon the casino!

After taking so many photos, some people decided to go emo...


After that, we traveled back to NTU. It was a long and tiring day but it Day 4 did not end with the Merlion.

Edna was sick, so, Wei Shin brought her back to her hall. Kelian Edna gonna miss the rest of FOC.

I went back to hall too. To charge my camera battery cause it's flat till cannot flat anymore. There was problem in either the battery or the charger. My battery is never full. I snapped a few photos and the red battery low light started blinking!

So, I was hoping it's gonna be alright this time round but it didn't appear so. I had to miss Food Auction, which was one of the highlights! Then even worse! I missed the buffet!!!!!!

When I reached, there was only rice and another food. Desperate for food, I took anything in sight, including chili, which made me dig for water after the meal.

The next activity was non other than the revealing of the MOLE! Every group there was a fake freshie! A senior acting as a freshmen. Lied to everyone! Telling them that they are entering NTU whereas they had been in NTU for more than 1 year or even worse 3 years!

I shall skip all the other groups and focus only on Qeisharo!

Ching Hong decided to do Survivor style in determining who is the fake freshie but in the end we were short of time. If not, it would have been the freshies write the name on a piece of paper and say why and I record what they said.

After voting, the results was Kay Dee and 4+ (read in chinese) with the highest votes. As a gentleman Kay Dee went out. And as a not gentleman, Kay Dee decided to pull fish out with him!

After the exciting and shocking part, it's the romantic and even more shocking part! REVEALING of SP!

I heard some people said that the guys talked to the gals about Physics and Maths during SP talk. Walau~~~~!!!! So, un-romantic lor!!

But just to get things straight! Secret Partner (SP) is not a boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, mistress or whatever sexual relationships! So, guys! Don't simply touch! You don't own your SP. Same goes for girls.

So, that night, every freshie and some of the female seniors seniors were given numbers. They were mixed together and they had to find their SP with the number on their hand.

Then it was the SP games, which I find it boring, useless and most of all, not well planned!

But we still got some nice photos from there...

Qeisharo and their SP sat together, forming a circle. At first it was Yng's SP challenging Kah Choon to break dance which in the end Kah Choon won.


But Yng's SP won Yng's heart instead. So, she drew a heart for him!


Yng's SP feeling happy... much happier than the winner of the break dance challenge!


4+ gave her SP a "SEXY"!!!!


Wen Qin piggybacked his SP a few rounds.


Out of no where Jacky and Zhi Sin a.k.a. sexy came out of no where to perform the sex-maniac act, whipping the butt of Jacky with a belt.

Xiang Ling with Raoul (Is this how his name is spelled?). I have to admit Xiang Ling is still the most caring senior. Everyone, salute Xiang Ling!

With all the heat, I was so hot and had to ate ice cream and a large Sprite from McD which surprisingly was still open at midnight. For your information, the McD in NTU is not 24 hours. Same goes for 7 11.

There was nothing much already after the dancing... people started forming human walls, like in Diablo 3, just that it's zombie walls in Diablo. ... and also trains running here and there.. etc etc etc..

Everyone gathered and left for their own halls. Some brought back fond memories of being with their SPs. Some bad. Some just don't feel anything. As for me, there's another day left and it's back to normal schedule again!

Well, my night didn't end so early, again, for the 2nd night, I decided to let Jia Yi, Jia Xin, Suk Yee and Chor Liang to lead the way back to Hall 7. And this time they managed to reach Hall 7 by themselves!
